Money Market Accounts

New Century's members can earn a competitive return on their savings, comparable to share certificates, while keeping their money liquid with a money market account. A minimum balance to open a money market is $2,000, with a tiered rate of interest for higher balances. Members enjoy access to the account, with a Minimum withdrawal of $500. These accounts are insured by NCUA. Dividends are calculated on the average daily balance, and are paid monthly. There is no fee if the member falls below the $2,000 daily average balance, but it does not earn interest.

Transactions to other accounts are limited to 3 per month. Monthly Statements are included with this account.
