Judge Blames Credit Industry for Bankruptcies

Judge John Ninfo, a bankruptcy judge in upstate New York, blames the Credit Industry for the skyrocketing number of bankruptcies that have that have been going through his courtroom. He told Nightline that the competitive, consumptive society we live in has been attacking Americans Financial IQ. As he told Nightline; "It's not about your Academic IQ, it's about your Financial IQ.
