Credit Union Day Lunch

Credit Unions around the world celebrate International Credit Union Day each year. This year we would like to celebrate it with our members.

On October 20'th, we hope you will stop by one of our offices and have lunch on us! From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, each office will be serving our members brats, hotdogs, chips, and drinks in celebration of Credit Union Day.

So make plans to stop by any office and have lunch on us. See you at the CU!!!

XMas Club Time

The 2005 Christmas Club checks will be going out soon which means the 2006 Christmas Clubs will start on October 1'st through September 30, 2006.

As in the past, if you have a payroll deduction, your Christmas Club will remain the same unless you call to change the amount or to cancel it. New Christmas Clubs can be opened anytime at any office. Deposits can be made by mail, noted so we may deposit it correctly, or in any office for any amount.

There will be a change to next years Christmas Club payouts. Because everyone wants their funds available as soon as possible, we will transfer the Christmas Club amount to your savings account on October 2'nd. No more waiting for our check to be processed and mailed.

If you have any questions about this years checks or next years account, just give us a call. We can help you make next Christmas a little greener!!!

Compromised Visa Cards

You have probably read the headlines lately about merchant databases discovering a security breach or missing records. It has effected thousands of Visa customers around the world.

Unfortunately, some of our members' Visa accounts, both Debit and Credit, have been effected by these merchants and their security breaches.

Once we have been notified of the potential compromised card, we cancel the card, notify our member of the problem and that a new card is on its way. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hope you will understand that this is in your best interest to minimize the risk of fraudulent transactions.

Hurricane Relief

We would like to thank all of our members that donated funds at our offices for victims of the two hurricanes. To date, members have donated over $1000. The funds are given directly to the National Credit Union Disaster Relief Fund who distributes the money to credit union members effected by the hurricanes
